Your leads are the heart of your business.
How many did you lose this month without noticing?
I become part of your team. I set up a system to capture, follow up with and win back clients, built around how you work, and I maintain it month after month so it keeps working.
Your salespeople aren't selling
I've watched it happen on team after team: a salesperson spends only a fraction of the day actually selling. The rest goes to booking appointments, digging up where things stood with a client, scrolling through old WhatsApp chats to remember who was who.
It isn't a lack of effort.It's a lack of a system.
When leads come in through five different channels, get handed out in a WhatsApp group and logged in a spreadsheet nobody updates, what happens next is predictable. The person who wrote on Thursday hears back on Monday. The one who asked for information three weeks ago never got a call. And the manager finds out the deal was lost once it's already gone.
That lead cost money. It came from a campaign, a referral, years of reputation. Losing it to disorganization is the most expensive and quietest mistake a business makes.

01 · How I work
How I work
I don't show up, install a tool and disappear. The work has four stages: diagnosis, implementation, pilot and ongoing operation. None of them gets skipped, because skipping one is exactly why the implementations you've already been through failed.
- 011 week
Diagnosis
I measure where you're losing deals today
See detailsHide details
Before I touch anything, I measure. Where your leads come from, who receives them, how long it takes to reply, how many never get a follow-up. I talk with you and also with two of your salespeople, because what happens on the ground isn't always what it looks like from the top.
You leave this stage with a document that shows you, in numbers, where you're losing deals today.
- 022 weeks
Implementation
A custom CRM, built on your processes instead of a template
See detailsHide details
I build the system with your logo, your colors and your process. Not a generic template: the pipeline is set up around how your team really sells.
I migrate your current contacts and set up the reminders, alerts and automatic assignment: every lead gets an owner, a date, and an alert if nobody moves it.
- 031 week
Pilot
We test it with two people before involving everyone else
See detailsHide details
I don't train your whole team at once. I start with two people from the team, chosen with you: one who wants to try it and one who has a hard time letting go of the way they work. The second one is the most useful to me, because they'll tell me bluntly what in the system gets in the way and what doesn't.
They use it for real for a week and we fix things as we go. Only when it works without me looking over their shoulder do we move on.
- 04month to month
Ongoing operation
I train the full team and stay on to maintain the system
See detailsHide details
Every week your manager gets an automatic report with the leads nobody has contacted and who they belong to. Every month we sit down to review what improved and what needs adjusting.
When someone new joins, I train them.
A system nobody maintains stops getting used. That's what I'm here to prevent.

- Migration of your current contact list
- Training for your team: two people first, then everyone
- Training for new hires, included in your monthly fee
- Automatic reports: weekly for the manager and monthly with analysis and recommendations, plus system maintenance and adjustments
On top of the monthly feeemail win-back campaigns for leads that went cold.
In developmentautomatic capture of leads that come in through WhatsApp, with an instant reply using your business information.
This isn't for every company
Let's work together if:
- At least two people sell, counting you
- Each new client is worth enough that losing one hurts
- You sell mid- or high-ticket products or services
- Today everything lives in spreadsheets, on WhatsApp or in each person's head
- You're growing and need to formalize how you sell
- You're the one who makes the decision
I'm not the right fit if:
- You work alone, with no sales team
- You already have your own system and your team uses it well
- You want someone to install something and never call you again

Hi, I'm Felipe Corella
I've spent more than eight years leading sales and customer service teams in international operations. Eight years watching the same problem repeat on team after team: capable people selling below what they can, because nobody built them a system that lets them focus on selling.
I've seen good salespeople look bad in front of a client over something that wasn't their fault. The information was simply in three different places. That's what finally convinced me to do this work.
The teams that performed best, without exception, had one thing in common.
Not better salespeople. A better system for winning, following up with and recovering clients.
I started Corela Systems to bring that to businesses in Costa Rica, the US and Canada. They're the ones that keep people employed and the ones that have it hardest, often because they lack structure in the most basic thing: not losing a client who already came looking for you.
I work with only a few clients at a time. I'm not selling an installation: I'm joining your team as the person in charge of making sure this system works and gets used. You can't do that with twenty companies at once.
If you want to know whether your operation has this problem, message me and we'll look at it together. No commitment. The first call is about understanding how your business runs.

Frequently asked questions
I'm glad, honestly. It means you've already seen the value of having a system, and you've already made the big decision. You bought it to sell more or to make your salespeople's jobs easier, and that's still possible.
A CRM with nobody to maintain it, fix what gets in the way and make sure the team uses it ends up gathering dust. That isn't the software's fault or your people's. It's that nobody is in charge of it. That's exactly what I do.
It depends on your operation, and I'm not dodging the question: a team of three isn't a team of fifteen, and a company that gets twenty leads a month isn't one that gets two hundred. Giving you a number without seeing your operation would mean making it up.
That's why I start with the diagnosis. When it's done you have two things: a document with numbers on where you're losing deals, and a proposal with the exact price for your case. Then you decide based on information, not a hunch.
What I can tell you up front: it's a monthly fee, not a project you pay for once and that's it. I stay.
About four weeks from the diagnosis until the whole team is using it: one week of diagnosis, two of implementation and one of pilot. The two-person pilot starts in week four, so you see results before it's over.
That's the right question, and it's the real risk with any system. It's why I don't train everyone on day one. I start with two people, including someone skeptical, and I don't move forward until they use it without anyone reminding them.
There is one thing I need from your side: leads get assigned only through the system. If they keep getting handed out on WhatsApp in parallel, no implementation will hold up. We talk that through before we start.
It depends on how your number is set up today, and it's one of the first things I check in the diagnosis. In some cases you can keep using the same one, and in others a separate number makes more sense. I'll tell you for certain before you decide anything, not halfway through the work.
No. The diagnosis and implementation work is real from day one, and I don't give it away.
What I do ask for is a three-month minimum commitment, for an honest reason: in less time than that I can't show you data worth anything. At three months I sit down with you and the report and we compare it against the numbers we measured before starting. Then you decide whether we continue.
I train them. It's included in your monthly fee, at no extra charge.
Your contacts are yours, always. You can ask me for a full export whenever you want, during the service or after it ends, at no cost and with no paperwork.
I'll be clear so there are no surprises: what you take with you is all of your information, your contacts and your conversations. The system configuration stays with me, because it's part of the service while we work together, not something that gets handed over and ends.
I don't believe in keeping clients by holding their information hostage. If at some point this isn't working for you, I'd rather you leave on good terms.
Let's talk about your operation
Thirty minutes, no cost. Tell me how leads come in today and where they fall through.
I'll get back to you within 24 hours. If it's not a fit for your business, I'll tell you.
